ABOUT SOLOREACH

We help Solopreneurs build businesses that work.

Most business tools were built by people who studied the problem. This one was built by someone who lived it.

"To give solo-run service businesses the structural clarity, diagnostic precision, and practical tools to fix what's broken — and build something that runs properly and effortlessly."

SOLUTION DESIGN

Built from the
core
of the problem.

SoloReach was not designed in a boardroom or reverse-engineered from business theory. It was built by someone who lived the battle — and spent years figuring out, with hard-won clarity, exactly what broke and how to fix it.

My name is Gerhard. I'm the creator of SoloReach.

For nearly a decade, I ran a luxury upholstery manufacturing business. Built from nothing, my side hustle became a small enterprise within two years.

From the outside it looked like a great business — R4 million in annual turnover, flawless five-star ratings, more customers than I could handle. Always busy. Always running.

But revenue was never the problem. Traction was.

From the inside, I had built — without realising it — something I couldn't walk away from but couldn't afford to stay in either. The business had plenty of top clients, a great reputation and real output. What it didn't have was a structure that could convert all of that activity into actual forward momentum. I was running hard, but the needle wasn't moving.

Nine years of running without traction eventually extracted a price I hadn't budgeted for. Not financially. Physically. My health gave way completely - the doctors called it: burnout. The cure: Three months off. No choice.

That verdict gave me something I hadn't been able to give myself in nine years: permission to stop. That enforced pause gave me something nine years of hustle never had: the space to ask a different question. Not, what am I doing wrong, but rather, what is wrong with this business?

The answer, it turned out, was specific, structural, and fixable.

In the year that followed, I combined my background in industrial psychology, a decade in SME business development, four years of coaching & consulting, and the hard-won lessons from the upholstery decade — to build SoloReach.

A diagnostic system for solopreneurs that does exactly what I needed and couldn't find: "someone" to tell you precisely what's broken in your business and how to fix it.

Stop throwing tactics at a structural problem.

You know something is wrong. The diagnostic shows you what — and the playbook shows you how to fix it. In the right sequence. Starting at the right place.
